where poetry meets subjectivity
"Just a nice little internet place to hang out."
Welcome and good health to you!
My name, as you might have guessed, is Sam Dodge. I’m that guy you meet at parties who tends to talk a little too loud, and who almost always has an opinion to offer on whatever it is that you’re talking about. I fancy myself to be an eloquent sort of guy. I think I’d make a pretty good leader, if I believed in leaders. And I like to write. This web page is dedicated to my opinions and my poetry, and if you want to offer your input, I might deign to present it here.
I’ll also be presenting a variety of information on topics of interest to me, including green living, human rights, pragmatic use of the worldwide web, what I think “economy” means, what I think of “conservatives” and “liberals”, and other stuff that will occur to me as time goes by. Again, there will be an opportunity for you to submit such things to me for posting on this site. If you find that I’m not posting your stuff, please remember this: Although I believe in humility, community, and cooperation, I am still human. I might accidentally or deliberately neglect your submissions. My advice if you find yourself in this situation: Getting your own website is pretty darned easy.
